From "when's everyone free?" to a date in the diary
Nobody needs an account or an app. Make the event, collect everyone's options and confirm the date or stay when the group has answered. Here's how it goes.
Create your event
Give it a name and choose the date range. If it lasts longer than a day, set the number of nights too. A PIN keeps it yours, or you can sign in and skip the PIN.
No account needed. Make one only if you'd find it useful.
Share one link
Vively gives you a single link. People tap the days they can make, or the dates when they could arrive for the full stay, right in their browser.
No app to download, no sign-up for anyone.
Lock in the date
The front-runner changes as replies arrive, and you can see who can make every option. Confirm the final date or complete stay so everyone knows it is settled.
Share the result or add it straight to your calendar.
Say you're planning Sarah's 30th
Sarah wants her 30th on a Saturday in March, but half her mates have kids and the other half work shifts. Firing "which Saturday works?" into the group chat gets three replies and a meme.
Instead, she makes an event called Sarah's 30th, picks the four Saturdays in March, and restricts it to Saturdays so nobody wastes a tap. She drops the one link in the chat.
By the next morning, nine people have tapped the dates they can do. The 22nd is green for seven of them; the 15th only works for four. Sarah confirms the 22nd, sends it back to the chat and adds it to her calendar. Done.

Good to know
One day or a proper stay
Keep it to one day, or set anything up to thirteen nights. People only need to choose when they can arrive.
Only show useful dates
Open a range of up to six months, then keep it to the weekdays that work for the plan.
Keep it yours
Use a PIN to manage the event, or sign in to keep your events together and skip the PIN. Either way, accounts stay optional.
Finish the plan properly
Confirm the chosen date or stay, send it back to the group and add the complete range to your calendar.
Works on any phone
It all happens in the browser, so it works the same whether people are on iPhone, Android or a laptop.
