Group trip planning questions

How do we find the best date for a group trip?: Agree the length of the trip first, then ask everyone to select every arrival date when they can stay for the whole trip. Compare the responses in Vively and confirm a date that works for your group before booking travel or accommodation.
Can we plan a whole weekend rather than separate days?: Yes. Set a two-night stay and restrict arrivals to Fridays for a Friday-to-Sunday trip. Each person chooses the Fridays when they can make the full stay, and the calendar shades all three days.
What if no date works for everyone?: Compare who can make each option and discuss the trade-off with the group. You can widen the date window or change the stay length, then ask people to review their availability before you confirm.
Do my friends need an account?: No. They open your link, choose dates and add their name. Guests set a PIN so they can edit their response later. Email is optional if they want a notification when the date is confirmed.
